preacher , stay away from the Doors...it's like fuvk me different as nite and day... you talk fuvkin' faster than a new yorker,he is calm , cool , & collected like Morgan Freeman.... whatelse? hold on, i'm thinkin'....So, some of these old timers DO fuvkin' work with rap; Sting , Areosmith, not the fuvkin' Doors.Come again......

Thank you. They didn't say what newspaper it's from. Still, always interesting to read accounts from that time. Jim's fans must have been surprised to hear that he had a wife.

Sorry, this video of 2 minutes of Miami trial 70 no is new, is part of this known video(of 13 minutes) circulated in "Youtube" from 2011:
This days the company Wolfsons posted in "Youtube" parts of this long video with day aired(in August 1970).

I visited the Wolfson Media Center - it now has a slightly different name - once a couple of years ago to see all the Miami news footage of Jim's trial (just one hour - maybe not even that much - on a VHS tape). The archivist was a nice guy, but questioned me rather closely about why I wanted to view the footage/what I would use it for/who I worked for. I gave him vague answers about a personal research project, I didn't want to admit "I'm just a crazy obsessed Doors fan! Leave me to my madness!"

I'm a little late with this news, but the founder of A Warehouse in New Orleans, Bill Johnston, has passed. This article mentions The Doors and Mr. Mojo Risin': http://www.wwltv.com...-218684801.html
